IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THEOS SEMINARY

Ministry & Theology Internship Program

One internship with 3 new tracks built to build you. Come alongside us and help support our mission to Worship God, Equip The Saints, and Reach The World.

About Our New Program

The Holy Saints Ministry and Theology Internship is a one-year, in-person formation program for young men and women who sense a call to full-time ministry. Rooted in the mission of Holy Saints to Worship God, Equip the Saints, and Reach the World, this program exists to do exactly that in a person: to form worshippers, build workers, and send ministers.

Every intern carries three tracks at once. A professional role at Theos University, producing real work for a real audience. A ministry department role at Holy Saints, embedded in the life and work of the local church. And theological formation through Theos Seminary, pursuing a Ministry and Theology Certification with coursework, grading, and a full academic library.

None of these tracks replaces the others. The TheosU role develops craft and professional capacity. The Holy Saints department role develops ministry philosophy, church fluency, and hands-on service. The Theos Seminary coursework gives the theological foundation underneath both. And running through all of it are formal pastoral relationships with one or two Holy Saints pastors and staff who provide consistent mentorship, accountability, and personal formation.

We hire for three things in this order: character, craft, and curiosity.

You should be a committed follower of Jesus, a genuinely skilled practitioner in your discipline, and the kind of person who treats every piece of work as a chance to learn something you didn’t know yesterday.

One Internship - Three Simultaneous Tracks

Skill

Track 1 :  TheosU - Every intern selects one TheosU professional role.

This is the professional output track of the internship — the place where craft is developed, real-world projects are delivered, and a professional portfolio is built. Interns will work directly alongside the TheosU Operations and Media team, producing content for a platform with more than 6,000 subscribers across more than 55 nations.

Leadership may encourage or adjust role placement based on an intern’s growth, gifting, and the team's needs. The goal is always the intern’s development.

Ministry

Track 2 : Holy Saints - Every intern is placed in a Holy Saints ministry role.

In addition to their TheosU role, every intern is placed in one of the Holy Saints ministry departments. This is where church ministry happens firsthand, with real responsibility, real people, and real accountability to pastoral staff. Placement is based on gifting, calling, and availability, though leadership may encourage or adjust based on an intern’s growth across the year.

Academics

Track 3 : Theos Seminary - Every intern is required pursue ordination.

Running alongside both the TheosU role and the Holy Saints department placement is the academic component of the internship, pursued through Theos Seminary.

Theos Seminary is a degree-granting institution offering seminary-level theological education through a structured online platform — coursework, grading, a full academic library, and ongoing faculty engagement. Every intern pursues a Ministry and Theology Certification through the program, with certain tracks opening a path toward ordination.

The academic work is the theological foundation that gives both the TheosU role and the Holy Saints department placement their depth and direction.
